The following update on the memorial brick walkway being established on the
grounds of the Avery Point Lighthouse was provided by Jim Streeter, co-chair of the Avery Point Lighthouse Society

Went down to the walkway site today and as of about 3:00 P.M. this
afternoon, the landscaping crew has completed prepping approximately 650
feet of the walkway. The crew supervisor estimates they have

remaining and he believes they will be completed with the prep work
tomorrow. We really struck gold when we obtain Dave Burnett's Landscaping.
They are doing extremely professional work and certainly are not dragging
their feet.
