Completion of Phase I of

Avery Point Walkway!

The following update on the memorial brick walkway being established on the grounds of the Avery Point Lighthouse was provided by Jim Streeter, co-chair of the Avery Point Lighthouse Society

(Posted July 25, 2005) I would personally like to thank each and every one of the individuals who helped with the walkway; from those who help sell them, keep the data base and records, and those that help install them.  Every one of you did a super job in helping to construct one of the most beautiful landmarks in the state of Connecticut.  Especially want to thank Ron Foster for all the work he did designing

As we say in APLS - Thanks for helping to relight history!!
